3DPH ships Bambu Lab printers, filament, accessories, and related products within the Philippines. Shipping availability, cost, and delivery time may vary by item and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and stock verification. Processing may take longer during weekends, holidays, launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Small Items
Filament, spare parts, build plates, tools, and accessories may be shipped through standard courier options where available.
Large Items
3D printers, AMS bundles, and other bulky items may require special handling, separate quotation, or delivery coordination depending on location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may be shown at checkout or confirmed separately before dispatch. Fees depend on product size, weight, delivery address, courier availability, insurance requirements, and special handling needs.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, payment verification, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, access restrictions, or events outside our control.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient name. 3DPH is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect the package upon receipt. If the parcel appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, take clear photos of the packaging, waybill, and item condition, then contact us as soon as possible.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage may transfer after the order has been handed over to the courier or accepted by the customer, except where required by applicable law or where 3DPH confirms a fulfillment issue.
