Warranty support depends on product type, manufacturer policy, serial number, usage condition, and proof of purchase. 3DPH will assist customers with warranty assessment where applicable.
Warranty Coverage
Eligible products may be covered by manufacturer warranty terms or 3DPH-supported warranty handling. Coverage, duration, parts eligibility, and service process may vary by product category, model, and manufacturer policy.
3D Printers and AMS Products
Warranty assessment may require the product serial number, order record, error logs, photos, videos, and troubleshooting results.
Consumables and Accessories
Consumables, wear parts, and accessories may have limited warranty coverage depending on the item and issue.
What Warranty May Cover
- Confirmed manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty period
- Parts or product issues verified through 3DPH or manufacturer assessment
- Approved repair, replacement, or support actions based on manufacturer policy
Warranty Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, liquid exposure, power issues, improper storage, or improper transport
- Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, firmware alteration, or third-party parts causing failure
- Normal wear and tear, consumables, nozzles, build surfaces, belts, cutters, tubes, and other wear parts unless otherwise covered
- Issues caused by unsuitable materials, incorrect installation, poor maintenance, or operation outside recommended conditions
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
How to Request Warranty Support
- Contact 3DPH with your order number or proof of purchase.
- Provide the product model and serial number if available.
- Describe the issue clearly and attach photos, videos, screenshots, or logs.
- Follow the troubleshooting or return instructions provided by our team.
Assessment and Resolution
After assessment, 3DPH may coordinate troubleshooting, parts replacement, repair, product replacement, or manufacturer escalation where applicable. Resolution time depends on issue complexity, parts availability, manufacturer response, and logistics.
Proof of Purchase
Warranty requests require valid proof of purchase from 3DPH or an authorized sales channel. Warranty may be denied if the product record, serial number, or purchase information cannot be verified.
