Return & Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact 3DPH promptly if an item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted for defective products, damaged-on-arrival items, incorrect items, or missing-item cases after assessment by 3DPH. Items should be complete, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase whenever possible.

Defective Products

If you believe an item is defective, contact us with your order number, product serial number if available, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. We may request additional tests, logs, or troubleshooting steps before approving a return, replacement, or warranty process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used consumables, including filament, unless confirmed defective
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, accident, neglect, or unauthorized modification
  • Items with missing accessories, altered serial numbers, or incomplete packaging, unless otherwise approved
  • Special order or clearance items, unless defective or incorrectly supplied
  • Software, digital items, or services already delivered or performed

Change of Mind

3DPH generally does not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect item selection by the customer, compatibility assumptions, or non-defective products that have been opened, used, installed, or registered.

Refunds

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Bank, card, e-wallet, or payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside 3DPH’s direct control.

Exchanges and Replacements

Approved exchanges or replacements are subject to assessment, stock availability, manufacturer terms, and the nature of the issue. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent replacement, store credit, repair, or refund where applicable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the approved reason for return. For confirmed defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect-item cases, 3DPH will advise the next steps. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact 3DPH with your order number and contact details.
  2. Provide photos or videos showing the issue and the product condition.
  3. Wait for assessment and return instructions before shipping any item back.
  4. Pack the item securely with all included accessories and documentation.
Do not send items back without confirmation from 3DPH. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.
